This includes landlords, property managers, or representatives who handle property maintenance, tenant communications, and rental agreements. Listing: A rental property published by a landlord or property manager on the Passport Tenant platform, including details, photos, and availability. Platform/Website: The Passport Tenant website and any related mobile applications or digital services used to access features, listings, or communication tools. Privacy Policy: A legal document outlining how user data is collected, used, and protected on Passport Tenant. Services: The digital tools and features provided by Passport Tenant for tenants to explore properties and landlords/managers to list them.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between the User and Passport Tenant. The Platform enables Landlords and Property Managers to list rental properties, while Tenants can explore these listings and connect directly with property owners or managers. These Terms govern the use of all services provided through the Platform. Passport Tenant is not a real estate agent or property management service and does not own or lease any properties. All rental transactions are directly between tenants and landlords. Our platform only facilitates property discovery and communication. Users must use the Platform responsibly and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use. Unauthorized use of the Platform is strictly prohibited. Passport Tenant does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings or information provided on the Platform. Users are advised to verify all details directly with landlords or property managers before making any decisions. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify Passport Tenant immediately of any unauthorized use of their account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and any rules or terms set by landlords or property managers related to property visits or rental agreements. Failure to do so may result in termination of your access to a property or further legal action as applicable. Users acknowledge that using the Platform and engaging with property listings carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users assume all risks associated with their use of the Platform, visits to listed properties, and any interactions with other users. It is your responsibility to assess whether a property or rental agreement is suitable for you before proceeding. Passport Tenant does not guarantee the condition, safety, or suitability of any listed property, and you agree to use the Platform and properties at your own risk.
By accessing, registering, or using the Passport Tenant platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and confirm that you have read and understood them. Property Details: Tenants can view detailed information about a property, including photos, property description, and landlord/manager contact details. Property Availability: Tenants can view if a property is currently available based on the listing status shown on the platform. Property Comparison: Tenants can compare properties based on various criteria, such as price, location, and property features. Property Filtering: Tenants can filter properties based on location, price range, property type, and other criteria.
Payment Terms: All payments for services provided by Passport Tenant are handled through the platform. Landlords and property managers are responsible for setting their own pricing for listings. Payment Terms: All payments related to services or listings are initiated through the Passport Tenant platform. Landlords and property managers set their own pricing for rental listings. Refunds: Passport Tenant does not offer refunds for any services provided. All transactions are final once completed. Payment Methods: Passport Tenant accepts payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, and other secure payment options. Payment Processing: Passport Tenant uses secure payment processing services to ensure the safety and integrity of all financial transactions. Payment Disputes: If a payment dispute arises, Passport Tenant will facilitate the resolution process in accordance with its dispute resolution policies. Landlords and property managers are responsible for resolving any disputes directly with tenants. Payment Security: Passport Tenant takes the security of user payments seriously. All payment information is encrypted and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. Payment Notifications: Passport Tenant will notify users of any payment-related updates, including successful payments, failed payments, or any other relevant information. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date.

Tenants can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit or application submission. Listing Modifications: Landlords and property managers can modify their listings at any time. Tenants will be notified of any changes to the listing, including price, availability, or property details. Listing Removal: Landlords and property managers can remove their listings from the platform at any time. Tenants will be notified of any listing removals. Listing Expiration: Listings will automatically expire after a specified period of time. Landlords and property managers can renew their listings at any time.
